Gateway Water & Mold came out last summer when groundwater seeped into the basement after a week of heavy rain. The inspection showed hidden moisture behind the drywall that had already started spotting the studs. They set up air movers, pulled out the soaked insulation, and treated the affected areas with antimicrobial spray. It took three visits to fully dry everything and confirm the slab wasn't wicking more moisture. Now the space stays dry, but I keep a dehumidifier running just in case.
