<p>‘소액결제 현금화 사업은 불법이다. 아이디어통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스이용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·이용하도록 한 후 사용자가 구매·이용한 재화등을 할인해서 매입하는 행위에 ‘7년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하도록 규정하고 있을 것이다.</p>

<p>신세계인터내셔널 직원은 “모바일 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 비슷한 구조이기 덕에 스스로 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 전했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “스마트폰 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 덕분에 현금으로 당장 지급하고 있을 것입니다”고 이야기했었다.</p>
